Skyspring Nanomaterials Announces Land Purchase for New Office, Manufacturing and Warehouse.

HOUSTON, TX, December 30, 2015 — Skyspring Nanomaterials, Inc. today announced that it has purchased 1.01 acres of land at Park Row, Houston, TX, for construction of a new corporate headquarters facility as the company continues plans for significant growth at all of its operating subsidiaries.
Skyspring, a provider of nano materials solutions, has exceeded the capacity at its current Houston general office. The new buildings at Park Row, Houston will accommodate Skyspring Nanomaterials and Skyspring Oil & Gas Services subsidiary personnel, as well.
Skyspring has previously announced its goal to grow total corporate revenue with a significant contribution coming from its emerging businesses. In 2014, revenue grew 11 percent.

Future plans include relocating Skyspring corporate and administrative functions and Skyspring logistics personnel to the newly constructed office building which will be larger than the existing building.
